How to file a notice

Send an email to viekayy.1234@gmail.com with the subject DMCA Takedown and include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL on Viekayy where the infringing material is located
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Our response

Valid notices are acted on within 24 hours. The game will be removed from the public catalog and the uploading developer will be notified. Repeat infringement may result in termination of a developer's submission privileges.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to the same email address including:

1. Your signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court
